Pet Sitting Reservations

With our reservations system Big Paw Pet Care makes it possible to book your pet sitting reservations anytime from any computer, phone, or tablet. The online booking system does not allow for bookings within a 24 hour time frame. You will need to call or text us so we can approve and schedule the visit. This ensures that we are aware of the request.

All new clients should create a profile for themselves and their pets. Be sure to give us as much information as possible including the location of cleaning supplies, emergency contacts, any medical conditions your pets may have and feeding times.

The more we know, the more time we can spend interacting with your pets at the Meet & Greet.

• If you still have questions about our pet care services, don’t hesitate to contact us! We do our best to respond the same day!

• If you’re an existing client, don’t forget to update your profile with any changes to feeding, medications or your pets routine. We do our best to keep your pets day as normal as possible. Help us by keeping your pets information up-to-date.
