What is included?

All visits include playtime, a walk or yard time for dogs and a litter scoop for cats. We will feed the food supplied on your pet’s schedule. We refresh your pet’s water at every single visit and we can administer medications, including insulin.

We also include FREE concierge service including watering plants, bringing in mail, handling trash bins and more.

How will I know if the visit was completed?

We’ll send email updates after every visit with plenty of photos and video of your furry loved ones. You will also receive a post-visit report card detailing all of the events that occurred during the visit, including a check-in/check-out time from the sitter.

I’m new to Big Paw. How do I get started?

All pet care services start with an in-home consultation. Our in-home consultation gives us the opportunity to meet your furry family members and understand their unique routines. This helps us provide care that’s personalized, familiar and filled with the same love and attention they are used to.

What happens if my pet sitter gets sick?

We bring multiple team members to meet you and your furry family. This will ensure a visit is never missed due to an illness or unforeseen circumstance from your scheduled sitter.

How many visits per day do you recommend?

This is based on your personal preference and the needs of your pet. Some clients book twice a day and others book four times per day. You can mix and match service lengths to fit the specific needs of your furry family member.

Can I book a specific time?

Service times are booked in time windows throughout the day, such as early morning or late afternoon. You can request specific times within these time windows when booking your visits and we will do our best to accommodate all requests.
